Mike McGills Skateshop Re-opening Party

From the moment I rolled up to McGills Skateshop I could tell this would be a madhouse. There were people everywhere I looked with boards ready to be signed. There was a steady stream of people walking into the strip mall, No place to park and a line stemming from Mikes shop clear around the strip mall leading almost completely around to the where the line started from the other side!

Inside the shop, you could find Tony Hawk, Christian Hosoi, Steve Caballero, Stacy Peralta, Mike McGill and Kevin Staab behind the counter hard at work signing boards.  Other notable people there were Paul Schmitt  and Grant Britain I saw mingling behind the store.  This area was closed off and Vans had some pop up canopies and Van there. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to be seen and several people went home without seeing the guys inside. I believe the event was a huge success and most people seemed to be having a great time.
