This skatepark was first staked out in 2006. The park was built by park staff and skaters supported partially by donations from Six Flags amusement park.  In 2010, it expanded to the complete layout that exists currently, and it was opened to skateboards, BMX, inline skates and Scooters in 2012.

It features street and transition sections. There is no standalone pool.

Parking is located almost flush with the park.
