Nicely build, lots of mellow transition. The pool/bowl is super fun. Nice smooth pool coping in the pool area. Also has some fun banks and different size ledges. Has a community center on site so expect younger skaters. No bikes or scooter allowed:) Also community center has decent food for sale.
