Rad park with a litany of creative and unique features. The street section is fun with a variety of fun obstacles from traditional rail, ledges, and stairs to the ditch wall with a love seat in it. The parks transition is incredible with a fun flow bowl and peanut pool in the back, smaller elements throughout the street area, a taco at the front, and there's even a fun mini ramp in the kid section. Overall a great park if your in the area but unite out of the way otherwise.

I can't recommend this place enough. I was in Charlotte visiting my transplanted family, and I drove up to the mountains to skate this park. It was well worth the drive. The town is a fun little place with a lot of tourist-y stuff to do in the summer, and there's a sick river that runs through the town that you can tube down as well. It started pouring when I was there, and it was a little cold, but in the midst of summer, I can imagine that a ripping session followed by a float down the river with the bros and an extra tube for the beer cooler would pretty much be the best thing ever.

The bmx thing kinda sucks, but I guess I'm just spoiled by BMX free parks. Could be worse, I just forgot how annoying it is to constantly watch out for the brakeless bmx bandits. Still, can't wait to go back next summer, don't miss out on this place even if it's a little out of your way.

One final note: bring a broom and you will be very happy!
