Best of Both - Day 2 - OMSA Pool - Düsseldorf, Germany
The Best of Both is a wooden bowl contest that takes place every year for the last four or five years. The first day the skating is in the downstairs Factory Bowl, and the second day upstairs in the OMSA Pool which is a wooden replica of a real backyard pool. This year I missed the first day since I had just returned from a trip to California and Canada the night before, but thankfully a couple other Confusion contributing photographers kicked down a few photos from the first day. The video edit is from the second day, and unfortunately the video heads on my busted ass video camera became dirty half way through the video, but instead of just scrapping that footage I decided to keep it in there. So just look at the photos if you don't want to get a migraine watching the second half of the video, but with stand-out pool/bowl rippers like Skreech, Daan Van der Linden, Jürgen Horrwarth, Szymon Stachon and Max Shrädder, there are some mind blowing runs and tricks you are going to want to watch no matter how crappy the video quality is.
