Take the first step to become counted in this history making event! Skateboarders will attempt a Guinness Record™ for the largest skateboarding parade. To be a part of this record breaking attempt you must REGISTER and fulfill all of the requirements which include: Skateboard ridden must belong to the rider, the rider must be on the board the full distance of the parade route (2 miles) from the starting line to the finish line, skateboarders must maintain proximity to fellow skateboarders (not to exceed 2 meters).

Course description: The planned route will begin in Venice (by the beach) at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and South Venice Boulevard. Skateboarders will travel East up Venice Boulevard to Beethoven Avenue. At Beethoven turn right (South) to Zanja Street. At Zanja Street turn right (West) to Venice High School following the marked path to the finish line and victory for all.

ABOUT MALIBU SURFING ASSOCIATION
Formed in 1961, the Malibu Surfing Association (MSA) is one of California’s first surfing clubs. MSA is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization dedicated to the fellowship of surfing and to the stewardship of its local break, world-famous Surfrider Beach.
