This is from the perspective of a quad roller skater:
The pump track at this park is awesome!
The skatepark portion is pretty small and the transition between the ground and the ramp can be a bit rough since the ramps are metal.
The surfaces can be a bit rough so I would recommend using outdoor wheels.
There is no shade so it can get warm in direct sunlight.

I believe there is a restroom in the park but I am not sure about a water fountain.
