Outdoors concrete skate plaza. While the Highland Center Plaza will be open to skaters and skateboarders as soon as construction ends, a grand opening is set for May 16. From 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. that Friday, there will be skating demonstrations and a skate contest. Refreshments will be available. This is right next door to the Bellevue Indoor Skatepark for when it is raining.

it's a pretty good park. I'm happy that it's spacious, though i do wish there was more to do there. great place to go to get some street practice in.
