From I-70, take 435 North (on the missouri side) to 23rd street exit. Take 23rd street east. The park is on the north side of the road, in Hill Park.

The park has been open for a while. It's fun to ride, but there are a lot of gangstery children there. They put up a fence around the place, and I'm not sure of what hours it's open. I would guess it's open whenever the sun's up, because there are no lights.
