Often called College Park Skatepark this is officially Sunnyside Skatepark and is technically located in Beltsville. The park is Grindline but don't get excited - it's a pretty small park with a 3-4' bowl with metal coping that is a long miniramp with a roll-in on one side and 2 hips to a rounded end on the other. The street section is pretty basic as well. Overall a pretty disappointing park if you look at what else Grindline has done. That being said though it is still pretty fun. The bowl is well constructed and flows pretty well. A great warm-up or cool-down bowl; definitely worth hitting if you are near. The address is:
