I just rode the Portland, ME skatepark.  I'm gonna say it is 9,000 sq. ft.  designed and built by Hardcore.  "Sloppy" Sam Batterson ran the crew.  The concrete is nearly perfect. All the flat areas are colored concrete.  Lots of plaza style street stuff including a couple rails and a hand rail along with stairs and step-ups, a brick bank, a two foot deep toilet bowl, a five foot tall quarter pipe and a open bowl that goes six feet in the deep end and four feet in the shallow.  Fun is the name of the game, but watch this place gets crowded quickly.  A shout out to Eli Cayer and all those who've stuck with this project for years to see it through.

Cheers and beers,
