Longs Memorial Park Skatepark - Grand Junction

This park could be so much more. You can tell that someone (I'm assuming with the last name Long) donated a lot of money to build ball fields, multiple playgrounds, a skating rink, and this skate park. It seems like they went all out, but like the other skate parks in the Grand Junction area, this one is lame. All of the wooden ramps are deteriorating, and the design of this park is not too creative. No bowls, no concrete. Thanks a million to the Long family (I assume), but not to the Parks and Rec department (again, I assume) for the design, and build.
