From the South Get to Route 79 North, Take 79 N to Route 279 N, towards Pittsburgh, when it splits from 79 N, Go through the Fort Pitt Bridge / Tunnel, stay on Route 279 N. You will see signs for Route 28 North. Get onto Route 28 North, and follow it up to the Millvale Exit. Follow directions from Route 28, below. From the East Take the PA Turnpike (76) all the way to Exit 48 / Allegheny Valley. From the Exit, bear to the right after the tollbooth, follow signs for Rt. 28. Get on Route 28 South, towards Pittsburgh. Follow route 28 south down to Exit 3 / Millvale.
