Cedar St. Exit off of Rte 16 past downtown Newark go north on Cedar Street, go past train tracks, take a left on Everett Avenue, approximately 1 mile to your right you'll see it. It'll be a lonely place promising police surveillance.

The asphalt is cracked and produces a mind-jarring vibration. The mini-pipe is steel and it works just fine - when it's not violated with a turd or a soaking wet newark catholic sweatshirt.
