Excellent public concrete flow park with plenty of speed lines located in Williamsport, PA. Very much worth the drive if you are within a two hour radius. There is currently no street section, but one is in the works. Please familiarize yourself with the park's helmet and waiver policy before you go, or you may end up dealing with self-appointed "citizen patrols".
