Overall great park for beginner and intermediate skaters. They allow skateboards, BMX bikes, scooters, and roller blades but you are required to wear pads and a helmet. The overall condition of the park looks worse than it actually is. It just needs a face-lift and it could look better but rides pretty smooth for both vert and street skaters. It is never overcrowded where you have to wait for people to move before you ride or attempt a trick and they have a shaded bleacher area to cool down if it's hot out.
