Hampton torn down an older skatepark to build this. The older park was way better. This park is a joke, the city of Hampton really missed the whole idea of having a skatepark. The park is a waste of time and I would say money, but you can tell they put as little effort into this as one could and say we have a skatepark. Hampton could take a cue form the city of Virginia Beach and even the city of Norfolk both of which are near buy and have legit skateparks.
