From I-84 take Exit 103 and then head west on 300 North (State Street). At the Morgan sign turn left on Commercial ST. (500 East) and head south. Continue until you reach 125 North and then turn right and head west. Follow this until shortly past the 250 East intersection and the skatepark will be on your right side in Riverside Park.

This skatepark was built with good intentions but it is quite small. It consists of above ground ramps, rails, banks, etc. The local kids may enjoy it, but if you are going to be in the area I recommend the Oakley Skate Park or the Park City Skate Plaza instead.
