The Pedlow park has just re-opened and it is a lot better then before. They added a huge flat spot that may/may not get some prefab ramps, lots of ledges, a snakerun, a pretty nice vert bowl with pool coping and tiles, a small half pipe section and some other random things. I'm upping our rating from a 3 to a 8 today. I never thought this day would come.

Old review:

This skatepark has a lot of mixed up elements. The Street area is pretty dope, but the other half the park sucks ass! The street area has a great ledge set up, a great long (low) rail, and some small pyramids. The outlying area (we'll call it the tranny area) has nothing to offer. Kinks line every wall and no coping line any of the lips. The best obstacle is the tallest quarter pipe there with a nearly simulated parking block (kink to vert) on the top of it. The stupidest element has to be the bulkhead off the parking blocks, the only way to hit it is to roll in from the deck of the quarter pipe(parking blocks).
