It's in the city of Delano, Ca off the 99hwy outside of Barkersfield. Super easy to get to, East side of Cecil Ave.Go check it when it's not 100 degrees.

Street rating = 6/10. Tranny rating = 7/10. very fun flow bowl area. Overall rating = 6/10. The overall rating reflects the fact that the place is overrun by rollerbladers, the park was a mess and needed to be swept out (probably means a lack of maintenance) - we could not skate the stand-alone bowl because it was full of trash, dirt, and palm fronds.
