A 16,000 square foot blend of street and transition features right on the Rockaway Beach waterfront! This place is a really fun small mellow park with good cement work. A decent mix of street and tranny. Good design and flow. It gets crowded real fast, and you are going to be dodging people in the "bowl" section once a few people get in there. Worth checking out if you are nearby but not really anything to write home about.
