I disagree with peachblaster. I started skating in the mid 80's in and around N.O. The only parks I saw were in the mags. Or the "hellhole" drainage ditch under the west bank expy. So I am extremely greatful for this little park. While certainley not the best, I think ther's plenty to occupy my time with. And the isolated area means less aholes there just looking to cause trouble like you'll find in Hammond/dreamland. My only complaint are the 7-10 yr old razor scooter brats who are not chaperoned by their parents. They drive me fing nuts!!!!!!!!!!!! Razor scooters are an abomination!!!!!!!!!!
