The Blue Thunder Skatepark is an American Ramp Company, prefab-steel-on-concrete-slab skatepark, a lot like so many others in Indiana. This one is big, and laid out well. The locals seem to be little kids, mostly... these parks are well-suited to the "little kid" demographic. The name is pretty hokey... it sounds like a stock-car racing team or something... but, the actual skatepark is pretty good, for what it is. It's skateable. That's a pretty big complement by southern-Indiana standards. Might even be worth a little bit of a drive to check it out. -Bud Stratford/The Solitary Life
