10/14/2008An extremely small, prefab Woodward park, this skatepark has just a few obstacles on a 2000 sq. ft. patch, including:- A 2' high jump ramp,- A 2' high flat kicker/bank,- A kinked railslide bar, and- A 4' long by 2' wide by 16" tall box. Overall, Arcola is a tiny little railroad-junction town in north-central Illinois. It's really quite amazing that there's any sort of skatepark here at all. But realistically, it's barely worth getting off the interstate (exit 203, from I-57 north) between Effingham and Champaign to pay it a visit. -Bud Stratford, budstratford@aol.com well the Arcola park not much to say. There's a 2ft. fun box with no run up to jump it, a kink rail in the middle, a launch with a small bit of landing room, a bank to the right of it, and a grid box. With the small size of the park we have tons of skaters coming to skate locals are so rad. ask them about the school we have a rad 9 set 2 people have done. ya well that's it
