From Tijuana head down the 1 hwy. to Rosarito/Ensenada. (Toll Road) Go into Rosarito from the main exit and go through the main strip. Watch the stop signs, they are hard to see. At the far end of the main street on your left look for the Primitivo Surf and Skate shop. It's behind the shop 1 block.

This park is great for where it is located. Very near the beach and nightclubs you'll be down there for partying at. Say hi to our skater brothers across the border. They got it really rough compared to us fat US slobs.
