For whatever reason, my search for the definition of the word Comus caused my computer to crash.

For whatever reason, my search for the definition of the word Comus caused my computer to crash. I had been informed of the word’s meaning prior to my review, but it seemed to have slipped my mind like so many other things I should write down. Michael Buckley, the mastermind behind the company with the puzzling name was more than gracious to kick my braindead ass into gear. The definition has once again been pumped into my questionable vernacular. Comus is a word that means vices. Basically the bad stuff we all like but regret later. Skateboarding seems to be any good Disciple’s main vice, so the name fits nicely.

Comus offers up their new High Carb deck. It measures in at a waistline busting 8.25 with a sweet concave and simple shape. It’s just a comfy ride that compliments any sugar and salt encrusted snack or a pint of the good stuff. And a big shout out to Michael’s girlfriend, Courtney, who does the graphics for the boards out of their home-based operation. Their website is still under construction but there’s info there.
