this park was revamped about two years ago so the pictures are a little out of date. they took the 6 ft quarters on either side of the park and made them about ten feet wider. one side elevates from 4 to 6 feet the other side has a roll in increasing the flow of the park. however this park packs up quick once school gets out so get your skating in ... read more »

sadly a skater got beaten to death in old town and it was built as a memorial it's actually called "Schuyler Hamilton-Jones Memorial Skatepark" and yes the city built it
also the park has been redone since the pictures that are on here theres a new box they expanded the vert ramps and added a roll-in and a hip

How did this come about? Did the city do it or was this private?
