- Go through the Hampton Toll Booth.
- Take Exit 3 about 2 miles after the Toll Booth.
- Take a left at the end of the ramp, it is a light.
- Go through 3 sets of lights.
- At the 4th light (about 2 miles) take a left onto Ocean Road. You will see a McDonalds on your right and a truck stop diagonally to your left.
- Ocean Road is about 2 miles long and it dead ends into Route One.
- Take a right onto Route One South, we are about 1 mile South on Route One.
- The facility is on the left immediately after 'The Rosewood at Rye' sign.(Northbound side).
From the North via Interstate 95
- Take Exit 3B just South of the Portsmouth traffic circle. This is the last exit before the toll. - Take a left at the end of the ramp, it is a light. - Go through 1 set of lights.
- At the 2nd light (about 1/2 mile) take a left onto Ocean Road. You will see a McDonalds on your right and a truck stop diagonally to your left. - Ocean Road is about 2 miles long and it dead ends into Route One. - Take a right onto Route One South, we are about 1 mile South on Route One.
- The facility is on the left immediately after 'The Rosewood at Rye' sign.(Northbound side).
From the West via Route 101
- Follow Route 101 to Interstate 95 and then follow direction above for travelling from the South.
