I've been thinking a lot about this and want to just lay it out there and issue an apology. I know you guys have a lot to lose and this is your chance to get a great park right in your back yard and a lot of other parks have been fucked up before but do you really think the attacks and slander bullshit is making a positive difference? And if it keeps happening maybe your methods might be just the tiniest bit flawed and you may need to rethink your strategy !!!

So, I'm not asking for cold beers at 6:00 every day or a BBQ on Friday nights (hmm, or am I?) but come on guys, loosen up and help out rather than just being belligerent and juvenile.

Now, snipes where exactly have I been bailed out?

Contractor delays and such, everything is good on our end. Coping is here, street area is done, templates being done now in the shop. We're scheduled for September 15, a little behind schedule but we'll make it up for Columbus Day.

Right now dealing with OSHA and a 9' deep hole... BS.

Yea, sorry. SHOP WORK is done- handrails, ledges, forms, etc. Sorry for the false alarm. Flow area coping done, pool block loaded and ready to go.... other than that we're just sitting out the delay wanting to get to work.

Sick, I can't wait to skate the pool. Is it gonna be 9' or 10' deep?

When do you think you'll be done, maybe mid to late November?

The pool is 10' and will be built per the plan and we will adhere to OSHA. Rumors can stop, there will be no alterations to the plan due to OSHA, me or anyone else other than the Township and they're not changing anything.

The schedule so far is to have street done and flow ready for concrete by October 30. Flow concrete and decks complete around November 13, pool completion possibly by November 27.

However, weather plays a HUGE role right now and things haven't been going really well with all the rain. We were pouring the street tomorrow but will lose that due to rain and so it begins. For this reason we are doing street and flow first so that it can be completely closed out and done by mid-November in case the weather goes to shit on us. We can't excavate the bowl for fear of rain washing it in so it is going to be its own separate job from start to finish.

Well Tom's put together a really good crew. A couple of them I've know for years. I'm really stoked on the finish, it raises the bar immensely in the Cincinnati area.

The Kidney has way to much flat for my taste, though the hip will be steep and long. I know, it's what the design meeting came up with. But pool coping on it, so fuck it it'll be fun.

I checked the flow bowl edge to edge. It's super smooth. All the coping reveal is proper and consistent. The walls are small, but there's the 6' pocket that'll have pool coping.

Tom, I'm stoked on what you and your crew have done with the quality of the build. Having said that, keep your crew happy, make sure you try and get interesting stuff for them to build or they will split. Have crew members become your design dept. You've got 4 dude's that have travelled Skated and built some of the best things out there.

Thanks for coming out and building this, now fuck off, because this is the internet after all.
