my mother in law has alot of land in the woods and dont give a fuck if i dig a big hole back there and put some concrete in it. anyone ever build there own homemade concrete bowl? there really isnt anything on the web about how to do it.

workin' on it. poured a 9 ft. section of tranny today, no woods just DIRT. Concrete is not too complicated, just cut forms, build dirt, crack a beer, have a smoke, shovel concrete, skreet, and develop finishing skills with trowel. Do that shit.
I'll post some pictures of my shit after the coping is on.

Look at the pics of skateparks under construction. Concrete work is all common sense; their ain't no magic in it. Start small, learn, go bigger.

Check out the Patterson Park mini ramp built in Austin, TX last year.

5' tall by 24' wide. This costs about 15 grand because they had to get stamped construction docs. The two biggest expenses were fill dirt and of course the concrete.
