Good stuff. Has it been a week already? I went to Mammoth to celebrate BigJers B-day so I missed a few days and a lot of the Channel street crew went up North for the Chili Bowl in SF. Should I extend this "photo contest" a few more days? What do you all think?

A shit ton of blood has been lost by the lil' homies, bombing down to the skatepark. this is one of a few, i seen. that straggled into the CalTrans lot..

I didn't want to pick. I think all the photos rule. I let my kid make the decision. Who better than an eleven year old girl who could give a shit about skateboarding. Actually that's not true. She's been subjected to skateboarding her whole life. She's seen enough skate pix to know what's up. She picked the same winner as I would have. It goes to DIRE.
This pix pretty much says it all.
She didn't know it was the same photographer/skater when she said she really liked this one also. That pretty much sealed the deal.
Maybe she thinks Devo is cute. Don't even think about it. Your too young to die.
Big thanks to everyone who participated. Of course the biggest thanks goes to those who made this special place a reality. You know who you are. Much respect and gratitude.
This doesn't need to end here. I'll keep posting pics as long as others do likewise.
