Here's some more pix from San Jose. This place is insane!
I mentioned Hewitt and I going over the Monolith of doom. Here's the view - Just in case you were thinking about dropping in.
Both Lance and Cab were pushing the limits on the Monolith.
Lance
Cab
SALBA was charging the pipe.
Jesse Alba was ripping the street area.
Caught Cab in the Thimble. This photo doesn't really show how gnar this is. Once you skate it you'll see. It's tight.
Here's a couple more overviews.
They call this the Travel Lodge pool.
This is the street/flow area.
The BIG bowl.
Erol hittin the Travel Lodge,
Lance over the box.
I'd bet Lance is thinking ... What next? It's that big.
Opening in march. I'm there.
Enjoy.

if you drive it is like 7 hours or so... depends how many times you stop to eat... and with a name like Big Belly Bro, that will probably be a lot.

Great stuff MRZ. Must have been fun seeing from way above.
Multiple Eye surveillance is in place and LIVE, so bargers will be apprehended, but more importantly, it will keep the taggers @ bay... And WaveMagnet is correct, you are banned for life if you are cited for tresspassing here, it's still a construction zone.

I'd like to add this to our TV player, it does not work as a .flv file from photo bucket. Can we add it and can I get access to the origianl webfile from someplace else?
Thanks for the rad clip!

Just in case anybody was wondering, that's Tom Max there towards the end, ripping the pipe. No sense in letting him play the modesty card here. Good shit Tom!

MRZ thanks....good stuff there man!
I see one major potential for big probs at that park. The little kiddie bowls beside the bigger ones........you better watch out if your skating the big bowls.....beginners will be flying boards into you! ????? Or will there be some sort of fencing or something to keep the two seperated?

only about half the rail was installed on the day of the sesssion. the mini "cereal" bowls are on the opposite side of the park and seperated by the type of railing seen on the right of this pic. it's pretty much the same one that was used in Louisville.
