To download and install wallpaper in either I.E. or Netscape, clip open the link of the size of Screen your using. This will pop-up a window with your image for your wallpaper. Then you must right click on the image in the pop-up window with your mouse and it will have a "Save as Wallpaper" or "Set as Wallpaper" as an option. Select that option and it will automatically install for you.
