Authority Zero - A Passage in Time
Lava Records

Authority Zero plays a nice blend of Reggae themed Rock n Roll. While this is their main focus, they also throw in a couple of good punk songs to mix it up a little bit. The acoustic guitar intro's are very cool and adds a little spice to their album. I loved when Metallica would use acoustic intros and then hit you with the power of the next verse. True to the statement on the cd, the song "One more minute" is quite catchy and sure to be a hit. If you are into Reggae and like bands like Sublime this cd is one to add to the collection. For all you die hard old schoolers this probably isn't your thing but check the last song, Good Ol Days. I like that one the best because it has kind of a working class punk feel to it, kind of like the Drop Kick Murphy's.
