The park is not officially open yet. There were about 20 people there when we were there and it flows nicely, not a lot of confusion.

Free, for now.
No pads required, for now. The workers and project managers were there and had no problem with us skating.
Good flow, street stuff, cool incorporation of rocks, a decent clover with a six foot deep end, metal coping.
