The West Linn Oregon skatepark is an awesome place to skate. Its so tightly packed into the space that some areas feel a little cramped up. It's ok though all of it is ridable. You can ride the whole thing in one push if you can stay on that long. There's a lot of street obstacles around the perimeter of the park. If you consider the interior bowl section a snake run hybrid then starting at the shallow end there are some hittable pool like stairs (but you gotta be ripping to hit them), then it drops down into a punk wall small bowl area with a pyramid, ledges, slants, and hips, that channels into the deeper portion. It also connects to a nice beginner bowl which is surrounded on 3 side by the deep ends of the snake run and bowls. Most of the snake run is large mini ramp sized with pool coping lining the whole thing. Nothing funner then buttery smooth pool blocks you can haul ass on in my opinion. Hips are everywhere and most signal a depth change or a bonus feature such as the over vert pocket. This one is short and wide and kinda hard to get momentum to aid in sticking to the over vert, but again you just gotta seek out a line, they are there and almost everyone I skated with that tried to hit grinds on it did so. At the farthest end of the snake run is a vert bowl. It's a little funky with a long sideways angled wall from a flat wall across from it but it's workable. Again pool coping is still on every lip through the snake run into the vert bowl. This park rules for pool coping lovers!
